As HILT’s Director of Strategic Projects and Innovation Grants, Jaime oversees HILT’s Spark and Advance funding opportunities to pilot and scale innovation educational initiatives across the University. She is taking the lead on several strategic projects including curriculum mapping and developing online resources to support faculty, students, and staff.

Prior to joining HILT in 2017, Jaime launched and scaled a lab at MIT that helps engineers learn to communicate effectively. She earned a Masters in Education from the University of Pennsylvania as well as a BA from the University of Pennsylvania in Environmental Studies and Writing.
