The QuEST Network works with country governments and global partners to design and test solutions for system improvement and produce new tools to measure health system quality. These tools are global public goods to guide local action and are designed to be dapted for use across contexts.
Service Delivery Redesign Feasibility Assessment Toolkit

The SDR Feasibility Assessment Toolkit provides guidance on how to conduct a feasibility assessment for maternal and newborn Service Delivery Redesign (MNH redesign). It was developed from the processes used and experiences drawn from the feasibility assessment in Kakamega County, in western Kenya in 2019. The toolkit is aimed for use by a technical team of experts and the collaborating national or sub-national health administration.

This first edition of the SDR Planning Package provides guidance on implementing maternal and newborn health Service Delivery Redesign. The packet was developed using the learnings from the implementation of the concpet in Kakamega County, Kenya and global best practices. The packet will be useful for health ministries and any implementening partners in the redesign process.
