There are many paths to pursuing peace among divided communities. In this workshop-style symposium, we will engage with artists who use their gifts to cross divides in areas of conflict.

This is a community centered space to uplift the stories of compounded experiences with policing and surveillance after the 2013 Boston marathon. Please join us for the premiere screening of a film by Shapour Daneshmand that tells teh story of the Iranian Baha'is, a story of peaceful resilience in spite of bleak injustice. Through the compilation of hundreds of individual interviews, the documentary aims to give a voice to the families long silenced by the hand of the Iranian government and spark discussion on putting an end to generations of government sanctioned human rights violations.
