The Interfaith Alliance of Oklahoma will offer a one-day training and interactive presentation called "In Her Shoes" from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 25 at Wildewood Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), 6900 N Kelley.
The event will include a domestic abuse simulation that is designed to help participants gain a better grasp of what life is like for victims of domestic violence. The program is being held in conjunction with Domestic Violence Prevention Month in October.

Come join us for a WISE self defense class with some of your favorite lead instructors. This is a class you do not want to miss, here is where you will learn how to deescalate violent situations against WISE Muslim women across the greater Boston area. This event is hosted by WISE, the Women's Islamic Initiative in Spirituality and Equality.
This workshop, the first CAIR Massachusetts Ambassadors program event, will train community members to write Op-Eds and Letters to the Editor to pitch to their local papers. Hosted by the Islamic Society of Boston Cultural Center.
