Second Annual Voices of Freedom Concert

Young Muslim Collective Workshop

Young Muslim Collective, a grassroots Somali organization from Minneapolis, will be providing a workshop for Muslim youth! The workshop will be focused on Countering Violent Extremism (CVE) programs, the harms that CVE programs cause to Muslims, and in particular the Somali community both in Minneapolis and locally in Massachusetts. We'll talk about what CVE looks like there and here in Boston, how YMC has organized against CVE, and what we can do locally! This workshop is for Muslim youth ages 14-30 and food will be provided.
