Bradenton's Habeebah Wahb, 12, nibbled on chicken and meatballs and mingled with fellow members of the Manatee-Sarasota Women's Interfaith Group on Sunday.

Habeebah, who attends Lee Middle School, is the youngest member of this relatively new and intriguing local group made up of about 70 women who celebrate their differences and similarities, and the power of working together to get things done.

The group was founded about nine months ago by The Center for Religious Tolerance in Sarasota and has recruited women of Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist, Humanist and other faiths to work together to build tolerance and make the world a better place.
