On June 28, 2003 the Poughkeepsie Journal reported that Aisha "Khan's recently published book, What You Will See Inside A Mosque, is part of an effort by Skylight Paths Publishing to educate children about the rituals, beliefs and celebrations at different houses of worship... Last fall, Skylight published What You Will See Inside a Catholic Church, and next spring they will release What You Will See Inside a Synagogue... Khan's book features color photographs of the Masjid al-Noor by award-winning photographer Aaron Pepis, and simple descriptions of the Five Pillars of Islam, traditional rituals and the activities that take place inside a mosque."
