On September 14, 2005 The Huntsville Times reported, "A Hindu priest from Nashville, his wife and a Hindu priest from Harvest were the victims of a car-truck collision Monday in northeast Limestone County. Coroner Mike West said Tuesday that the driver of the car, Suryanaray Sharma, 40, and his wife, Nasuyamma Sharma, 43, both of Old Hickory Boulevard in Nashville, died from injuries sustained in the wreck, as did Devaraja Bhattar, 36, of Harvest. Ragavendra Prasav, 36, of Harvest, was in stable condition Tuesday at Huntsville Hospital... Trooper Curtis Summerville said the accident is being investigated, but a preliminary report states that the driver of the car failed to yield the right of way at the intersection, which has two large stop signs. The driver of the truck, Christopher Stewart, 30, of Toney, wasn't injured... The men were priests at Hindu temples in the Harvest and Nashville areas. The Hindu Cultural Center of North Alabama counts more than 600 families as members, a temple representative said."
