Thousands of people have marched through the streets of Leicester to mark a major religious festival.
The parade in the Highfields area celebrated the birth of Guru Nanak Dev Ji - founder of the Sikh religion.
The procession has taken place in the city for 20 years, with about 15,000 people attending last year.
