SINGAPORE : Sikhs all over the world are celebrating Vaisakhi or the Sikh New Year, on Friday.
In Singapore, the Sikh community marked this auspicious day by reaching out to the less fortunate.
Patients at the Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital received rations donated by Sikhs from all walks of life.
The Sikhs also spent time interacting with the patients at the hospital, which runs on charity to provide healthcare to low-income families.
