On April 24, 2004 The Houston Chronicle reported, "The diversity and design of Houston's religious landscape is changing as new churches, mosques, synagogues and temples meet the demands of growing congregations. Martin Aaron, a nationally known religious real estate appraiser, describes the metropolitan area as "very prolific" in the development or sale of worship centers... The designs of several new facilities -- including Unity Church, St. Joseph Antiochian Orthodox Church, Baitus Samee Mosque and Fishers of Men Worship Center -- reflect the diversity and traditions of the city's congregations."
