On July 10, 2006 a Muslim American Society Press Release reported, "The Muslim American Society's Freedom Foundation (MAS Freedom) initiated its American Justice for Palestine Campaign on June 28, the day after Israel unlawfully invaded the Gaza Strip under the pretext of rescuing a kidnapped Israeli soldier.  The following day, MAS Freedom sponsored an emergency rally across from the Israeli Embassy in Washington, D.C.    On July 6, 2006 MAS Freedom and various other supporters, rallied once again...   MAS Freedom Foundation's Southern California chapter staged a rally outside the Federal Building on Friday, July 7, in downtown Los Angeles.  The rally... was attended by hundreds...  Also on Friday, MAS Freedom Foundation's North Carolina chapter staged a march to the Capitol Building in Raleigh.  More than 100 protestors, including Palestinian natives, Muslims, Christians and Jews, carried banners and a mock corpse - demanding an end to the violence in Gaza.   Senator Jon Kyle of Phoenix Arizona found the outside of his offices besieged with protestors on Friday, July 7 as well, when MAS Freedom Foundation's Arizona led by Director, Deeddre Abboud, rallied to express their concerns about the humanitarian crisis in Gaza...  MAS Freedom's Arizona and Houston chapters also held press conferences on July 7, while the MAS Freedom Tennessee chapter held a Saturday evening vigil at the MAS Nashville youth center.   This coming Wednesday, July 12, MAS Milwaukee will sponsor a major rally, and on Friday, July 14, at 4:30 pm, MAS Freedom National will be leading their third demonstration outside the Israeli embassy in Washington, D.C."
