Hundreds of police officers have raided a Japanese religious sect and arrested 20 people over a fatal attack on one of its members, according to reports.
Members of the mainly female Kigenkai group were detained after the death of 63-year-old restaurateur Motoko Okuno.
Reports claim she died last September after being beaten for failing to carry out her religious rites properly.
