Interfaith Group Aims High, Asks Big Questions at Meeting

Local followers of several faiths called on their God — or gods — in a monthly search for peace and justice Monday.

Approximately 40 Jews, Muslims, Unitarian Universalists and members of the Baha'i Faith filled the plush, red pews at the Bayt Shalom Synagogue on 10th Street. The synagogue hosted the January meeting of Prayers for Peace and Justice, an interfaith group.
