Voices from markedly different faiths and cultures unified and filled the halls at Temple Beth El Sunday night.

Nearly 1,000 people gathered at the Jewish synagogue for the sixth annual Thanksgiving Interfaith Musical Festival. The event, presented by the Interfaith Councils of Central Orange County, featured 15 choir groups, most of them from Orange County Christian churches. Speakers representing a number of different religions – including Baha'i, Buddhist, Hindu, Jain, Muslim and Zoroastrian – offered readings and words of wisdom from their scriptures.
