Gurmat Camp Held in Fiji Islands

GURMAT CAMP 2008 was held at Tagi Tagi Gurudwara Saheb, Tavua, Fiji Islands, from 7th. to 12th. January, 2008. It was organized by S. Dalabar Singh on behalf of the Gurudwara Prabhandak Committee. Gyani Gubachan Singh, Gyani Manmohan Singh and Bhai Harbhajan Singh along with S. Dalabar Singh presented the entire program.

There were 27 participants, both girls and boys, aged from 8 to 19 years. The schedule was from 5 am to 8 pm each day. The program included: Nitnem, Gurbani recital and explanations, Gurmukhi Teaching, Guru Itihaas, Sikh History, Rehat Maryada, Kirtan and Music, Sikh Discipline, Sports and Kaar Sewa etc.
