The Students for Open Minded Academics will hold a Student Interfaith Peace Forum today to discuss what specific religions are doing for peace.
Assistant professor of religious studies Michael Roemer said SOMA, a religious studies student club, will start the forum with short student presentations at 5 p.m. in the Forum Room of the L.A. Pittenger Student Center.
Four students representing Reformed Judaism, Protestant Christianity, Buddhism and the Druid religious beliefs will discuss what their religion is as a whole and what they are doing individually in their religion for peace, Roemer said.
