Speakers of different religions and backgrounds shared their views with a fairly large turnout of students willing to listen Thursday night in the Otero Room of Corbett Center.

The dialogue, sponsored by the New Mexico State University Interfaith Council, featured many campus-affiliated religious organizations. Fruit dishes, mini eggrolls and other snacks lined the wall, and rows of chairs were set out, ready to be occupied by eager students at the 2010 dialogue titled, “Do they really believe that?”

Many students may not be familiar with the group, but Jeanne Lutz, a former president of IFC, and sponsor of the Lutheran Campus Ministry, said. IFC is an umbrella group pof religious organizations on campus.

Lutz said she enjoys being a part of IFC because it gives her the opportunity to work with groups of other faiths.
