The desecration of a pagan worship circle at the air force academy causes outrage.
A sergeant involved with the new site says he found a large wooden cross on January 17th and reported it. Now some religious freedom advocates say the Air Force Academy is not taking the right approach in dealing with what they consider a hate crime.
One former student that has a history of fighting religious intolerance at the Academy says he wont' stand for this type of behavior.
"We're pretty outraged, it's clearly a hate crime, it is our demand that the air force academy not trivialize it," says Mike Weinstein- founder of Military Religious Freedom.
