Interfaith League Against Poverty (ILAP) on Monday organised a collective prayer of different religions and a poster exhibition to promote interfaith peace and harmony in the country.

More than 100 Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs, Christians and Bahais turned up at the ILAP’s F-8/4 offices to attend the event, which marked the World Interfaith Day.

In the prayer, participants wished for world peace and interfaith harmony. Thereafter, they mingled with each other and exchanged views of modern-day issues and challenges of the world.
