A nightclub in Canada has been fined $4,300 for refusing entry to a Sikh man, who said he had been a victim of racial discrimination.
Jaspal Randhawa, a 33-year-old Canadian-born accountant, launched a racial discrimination complaint after he and his friends were not allowed to enter the Tequila Nightclub in Calgary in July 2004.
