On October 29, 2003 The Indiana Gazzete reported that Tibetan Buddhist monks from the Drepung Loseling Institute in Atlanta, Ga. will visit Indiana University of Pennsylvania this week to demonstrate sand mandala painting, to hold a performance of traditional dances and music, and to take part in an interfaith dinner. The visit comes during a period of increased interest in Buddhism and meditation on IUP campus.
