Annual Kathina Ceremony Held at Indiana Buddhist Temple

Indiana Buddhist Temple in Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA held its 5th annual Katina ceremony on October 25th with the participation of both Buddhist and non-Buddhist communities.

The guests were welcomed by the incumbent monks, Ven. Thalangama Devananda, Ven. Babarende Sumeda and Ven, Neluwe Seelawimala.

The event began at 10:30 a.m. under the guidance of Ven. Talangama Devananda, the chief incumbent and with the blessings of twenty Buddhist monks.

Chief Prelate of the Lankarama Temple in Los Angeles, CA gave the main speech at the ceremony.
