The Lotus Meditation Center was constructed as an attachment to the University of North Dakota’s international student center. It is a simple, beautiful space that is well used by the greater Grand Forks community. The Center offers a variety of programs in the Vipassana tradition of Buddhism including regular beginner and advanced level meditation practice, a weekly book group and a series of Dhamma talks and special programming.
In addition to its Buddhist programming, the Center provides space for other religious groups throughout the week.
