In these highly polarized times, how do we make our Religious Communities places where people can:
  • Share their stories and have simple, honest conversations about things that matter
  • Find Higher Ground even when common ground is not achievable in the short run
  • Create communities that respect the dignity of differences
  • Focus on relational and communal healing
In this one-day, interactive workshop for community leaders, we will explore the vision of our religious communities as places for "higher ground." Hands-on workshops will offer specific skills and practices from the world of conflict transformation to assist professionals and lay leaders in realizing this vision. $20 registration fee, includes breakfast and lunch. Featured speakers and facilitators include: Rev. Mariama White Hammond, Bob Stains, Salma Kazmi, Rabbi David Jaffe, Audrey J.
