Mentoring in the Academy

Our 2010 event honored faculty who have served as master mentors, and provided a discussion forum on the challenges and opportunities of developing a more inclusive community of scholars. Faculty from across the University joined small group discussions with master mentors within their disciplines, and participants discussed ways to start and sustain professional development networks.
