Party Policies

The party registration process is managed by the Resident Dean's Office

Students looking to host a party should fill out the Party Registration Form and submit it to the House Office no later than 4:00 pm the Thursday before (for weekend parties) or by 4:00 pm the previous day (for weekday parties). Students should also plan to meet with their Tutor to discuss their plans and collect their signature. Additional guidelines can be found on the party registration form, below.

Registered parties with food or drink are permitted in private residences (i.e. your room/suite). Hallway Common Room W509 (AKA the "Fun Pod") can also be reserved for pre-approved, private gatherings via the party registration process.
