The full event runs from 9:00am to 4:15pm. Official programming begins at 9:45am.
Getting There
The event is located in the conference suite on the 10th floor of the Richard A. and Susan F. Smith Campus Center in Harvard Square. You will need a Harvard ID to enter the elevators.

Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when you register for the event.
This is a free event. However, if you sign up and fail to notify us by 12:00 noon on Monday, November 18, your department will be billed a $75 cancellation fee. You can also choose to send someone from your department in your place if your plans change. Please email cancellations or registration changes to Nell May so we can update your registration accordingly.
